Digital Dimension, a subsidiary of Econocom Group, acquires Aragon-eRH

Digital Dimension, a subsidiary of Econocom Group, has acquired Aragon-eRH, a provider of cloud-based, SaaS-mode Human Resources Information System (HRIS) solutions for companies ranging from SMBs of 50 employees to enterprises with over 100,000 employees.Founded in 2007 by HR experts, Aragon-eRH provides a simple, comprehensive HRIS solution that addresses the full spectrum of a company’s HR requirements. Accessible via a single web interface for all end users, Aragon-eRH is the only modular, SaaS-mode solution that can be adapted to all HR needs, both operational and in terms of decision making: Talent Management, Core HR and Workforce Management.

Interfaced natively with all payroll systems, the solution is available in a variety of languages and is totally configurable.

In 2013 Aragon-eRH was on Gartner’s “Cool Vendor” list and was awarded the HRIS trophy for the Arcelor Mittal Construction project. It currently has over 100 customers including major international groups such as Total and EADS. The solution has tens of thousands users in over 80 countries worldwide.

As a result of this acquisition, Digital Dimension now holds two thirds of the share capital, whilst the remaining third is held by Jean-Marc Satta and Wenceslas Legoff, Aragon-eRH’s founders, who will continue to have an operational role within the organisation.

This new acquisition is perfectly in line with Digital Dimension’s strategy to acquire strong industry expertise to offer businesses via a catalogue of effective, immediately-operational digital solutions,” said Georges Croix, Chairman of Digital Dimension.

Thanks to Digital Dimension, Aragon-eRH will benefit from the  structure and resources it needs to convince large organisations to adopt a new generation of SaaS-mode HRIS that is far more economical, flexible and modular and can be rapidly implemented,” said Jean-Marc Satta, CEO of Aragon-eRH.

Co-founded by Georges Croix and Econocom Group in January 2014, Digital Dimension aims to become the digital solutions market place for businesses. After acquiring Rayonnace, a company specialising in business-to-business mobile solutions in May 2014, and ASP Serveur, a provider of public and private cloud hosting solutions, Digital Dimension is continuing its external growth strategy and confirms its target of full-year revenue of €120 million by 2016. To that end, it plans to invest around €100 million over three years.

This project is one of the major initiatives undertaken by the Group as part of its Mutation 2017 strategic plan, which aims to establish Econocom as a major European player in business-to-business digital services.
